| Can't Access your Account |

You have put in your barcode number, and your
PIN, click "Submit" and you get
|

| What went wrong? First, be sure that you use the
barcode listed on the back of your Library Card
Second, be sure that you enter you PIN correctly and in the right
upper or lower case.
If you think your PIN is "joe55", and it is really "JOE55", then
"joe55" will bring up the error above.
If you have tried both upper and lower case, then you might have
forgotten that you changed it.
You can call the Main Library, 534-4802, or your
local branch library, and ask them
to enter a new PIN using your birth year, phone number, any
combination of text and/or numbers between 4-10 characters in
length. |

| Library Card has Expired
You try to reserve a book, you enter your barcode
number, and your PIN, click "Submit" and you get
|
| What went wrong? Well, your library card has expired.
You either need to come by the library, or call the Main Library,
534-4802, or your local branch library,
and they will get the information needed to renew your card.
There is no charge to renew your Library Card, we just want to be
sure that we still have your correct phone number and address. |

| What went wrong? Well, you have a fine, and you must
pay your fine off before you are allowed to reserve items. |

| What went wrong? Well, you already have four items on
reserve, which is the Library's limit. You can click on
"Patron Info", enter your barcode and PIN, and remove one or more of
the items you have on reserve, then try to reserve the item again. |

| How to Reserve an Item Reserving
an Item requires a Library Card, a PIN, and for you to find the item
you want to reserve. Here is a step by step listing of
reserving the John Grisham book "The appeal"
1) Search in Card Catalog
2) Click on format of your choice
3) Enter your barcode and PIN
4) Select location you want to pick it up at
5) You will now see a confirmation page
