| What you need --
 | You need a PIN to go with your barcode.

Library, Calling the Library, or electronically by
clicking here |
 | Your Library Account must be current, fine
free, and with no overdue books checked out. You can check
on this by
visiting here, but you will your Barcode number and a PIN in
order to do this |
 | From the Library's Overdrive eBook & eAudio
website you will need to download the
Overdrive Media Console in order to check out and manage your
eBook and eAudio checkouts. You also need to download the
Adobe Digital Editions to read eBooks on your computer, and for
"Apps" for mobile devices, there is another link. These
links are found in the upper left corner of the
Library/Overdrive website. An image of what you are
looking for is provided below, but this is just an image, there
are no active links in this image below. |

If you have ever bought anything
online, you should feel comfortable using the Library/Overdrive
website. You will put your selections in a "cart".
When you are finished with your selections, you will checkout
your cart. Remember, this is not a purchase, these
transactions will not require anything except your Library Card
Barcode (found on the back of your Library Card), and a PIN
(personal identification number you have previously provided to
the Library). Kindle Users Click Here

One thing that might be a
stumbling block to some is that when you check out, there will
be ONE box and YOU have to put both your Library Barcode and
your PIN all in that ONE box. Don't put in any spaces.
Be sure that if your PIN has letters, that it is case sensitive.
If your PIN is equal to library, then you cannot put in LIBRARY,
Library, LiBrArY...you MUST put in library. Below is an
image of the box where you would put in the barcode and pin, and
under it is an example using a fake barcode and pin to show you
what it will look like. |

 | And if you need HELP, there are help links in
numerous places within the website. At the bottom of each
webpage you will see a link provided in the image below.
The support link will lead you to another page where it provides
a link to the Library's Technical Support Staff's e-mail, and
they will be glad to help. And remember, you can always
call the Library at 870-534-4802 and talk to a staff member
during normal Library hours. |

WE ALL hope you will enjoy and use this new
