When I try to access the Library's
Card Catalog, I get a blank screen, or an access error.

I tried to renew my books, but there
was no box in front of the title to click for renewing it.
Either you have a fine, or you are trying to renew an item
which cannot be renewed, or has been renewed too many times. You
should bring the item to the Library, and ask the staff if you can
"re-check" the item out.
I have forgotten my PIN number.
You can either call or come by the Library and we will be
glad to enter and new PIN number for you. Or, you can do this

I tried to access a Library Database, but it asked
for a user name and password.
Not all of our databases are accessible from home with the
information found on your library card. If you were trying to access
one which says it is available from home, be sure you are clicking on the
link which says, "...not at the Library, click here...".
You will then be asked to enter your Library Barcode, and in some
